“ Bell’s Palsy ” This week’s theme was quite literal for me, as I faced a big scare about my face. On Wednesday morning, I woke up with the left side of my face paralyzed. My eye and mouth were hanging and it got worse quickly. I started panicking, was I having a stroke?
